1. Are your products safe for home use?
Yes, all our products are carefully selected and safe to use on a variety of surfaces. Always follow the instructions on the label and observe standard safety guidelines.

2. Can I use these products around children and pets?Yes, but we recommend ventilating the area after cleaning or wiping surfaces with a damp cloth, especially in areas where children or pets are present.

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow 

your package.

4. How do I use the Anti-Viral disinfectant?
Spray the product 3–5 times per square meter, let it sit for 5 minutes, then wipe with a clean microfiber cloth or rinse with water. Remove heavy dirt beforehand.

5. What’s the difference between a cleaner and a disinfectant?
A cleaner removes visible dirt and grease, while a disinfectant kills harmful microorganisms like bacteria and viruses. Many of our products are 2-in-1 solutions.

6. What should I do if the product gets into my eyes?
Rinse immediately with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Always refer to product labeling.

7. Do you offer returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
